Auto Club Revolution and NASCAR studio Eutechnyx has reportedly entered consultation with 19 employees.
The jobs were brought into question after a business restructuring at the company, MCV reports.
Although those jobs may be eliminated, the company's ZeroLight division - which creates virtual product showrooms for client companies - will be spun off and add 25 new positions.
"Eutechnyx has been very successful in adapting to new market opportunities as seen in the launch of ZeroLight," CEO Darren Jobling said. "From a standing start two years ago, ZeroLight has established itself as a market leader in this technology, working with an impressive line-up of the world's leading brands."
Jobling added that Eutechnyx launched Auto Club Revolution and ACR Drift with "experienced partners in China and Japan", demonstrating the "significant benefits of working with specialist publishers in specific markets".
This approach will shape Eutechnyx's strategy going forward, Jobling said.
Aside from racing titles, Eutechnyx launched the poorly received Ride to Hell: Retribution on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 last year.
