$1 PS3 and Vita game sale on PlayStation Store this weekend

If you've been hoping to build up your digital PlayStation game library, this weekend should represent a great opportunity to do so. As part of a weekend flash sale, Sony has dropped the prices of more than 30 games for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita--ranging from $6 PlayStation Classics to $20 PS3 games--to $1.

This promotion doesn't require a PlayStation Plus membership or anything of the sort; from now until Monday, April 21 at 7 a.m., everyone is free to take advantage of this $1 deal.

Included in the sale are games like Braid (regularly $15), Tokyo Jungle (regularly $15), Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse (regularly $20), Gotham City Impostors (regularly $15), andSuper Stardust HD (regularly $10), as well as a number of PlayStation Classics like Crash Bandicoot, Crash Team Racing, and Spyro the Dragon (all regularly $6).
